In order to exercise your rights, as referred to in paragraph 7, you can send an e-mail to info@deltamorea.gr with the subject “Exercise of personal data rights” accompanied by a copy of your identity card and indicating your name and the connection number of your mobile or landline phone. DELTA MOREA has appointed in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation a Data Privacy Officer.

  1. What categories of personal data do we collect and for what purpose?

In order to browse the Website (browsing), no registration is required, in this case we cannot identify you.

Data you provide to us for the service and management of a request, through the contact form: Full name and email.

Data resulting from the use of shortcuts to social media Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and the video player website Youtube.

To browse www.deltamorea.gr, no registration on the Website is required.

  1. Will DELTA MOREA process your personal data for other purposes? DELTA MOREA will not process your personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above. In the event that DELTA MOREA wishes to use your personal information for other purposes, it will only do so after informing you of this and obtaining your clear consent.

The recipients of your personal data may be third-party companies with which we cooperate for the design, technical support, improvement of the Website and the individual services provided through it. DELTA MOREA will respond to your requests free of charge without delay within one month of receipt of the request. In exceptional cases this deadline may be extended for two (2) months if this is required due to the complexity of your request.

If we consider that your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to request the payment of a reasonable fee for the satisfaction of the person taking into account the administrative costs for its execution or even to refuse to follow up on your request.
